  • 8 oz block of feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 container grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. Place grape tomatoes in a baking dish and toss with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
