  • 2 small/medium carrots (chopped)

  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  2. Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with coconut milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
