  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • Keto stir fry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce; set aside. In another bowl, mix the chopped chicken with almond flour.
