  • 4 tablespoons psyllium husks
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the red lentils in water until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Strain and mash the cooked lentils in a large bowl.
  3. Combine mashed lentils with all other ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
