  • 1 head green leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 avocados (sliced)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ red onion (sliced)
  • Tortilla strips for crunch
  • Spicy ranch dressing (ranch plus hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, honey, and avocado oil for at least 8 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken over medium heat for about 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with hot sauce to create the spicy dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, layer chopped lettuce, chicken slices, beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, avocados, corn, red onion, and tortilla strips.
