  5. Place on floured parchment paper, cover again, and let rest for 30-45 minutes while preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. Preheat your Dutch oven inside the oven for about 30 minutes.
  7. Transfer the dough (on parchment) into the hot Dutch oven, cover it, and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
