  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy in texture. Press firmly into the bottom of the lined baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the jam layer; swirl gently with a spatula.
