  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 23 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ~ 3 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate in coconut aminos mixed with arrowroot flour.
  2. Chop broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, and scallions.
  3. Prepare pineapple by removing skin and cutting it into cubes.
  4. In a skillet, sauté bell peppers and broccoli for 3 minutes; set aside.
  5. Cook marinated chicken with garlic and white scallion until browned.
  6. Add vegetables, ginger, and pineapple to the pan; mix well.
  7. Stir in teriyaki sauce until everything is coated evenly.
