  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray two 12-cup muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. For the crust, combine flour and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into muffin cups.
