  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, and spices. Mix until well combined.
