  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente in salted water; add broccoli during the last minute. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with spices and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until done. Slice or dice and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic. Whisk in flour until toasted. Gradually add chicken stock and milk, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until lump-free; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine pasta and broccoli with sauce; top with chicken and garnish as desired.
