Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Combine gluten free flour, yeast, optional psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt on low speed until mixed.
  2. Add warm water, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed for about one minute.
  3. Increase the speed to medium and beat for five minutes until the batter is stiff but sticky.
  4. Grease a 9X4 inch baking pan and pour in the batter. Smooth the top with a spatula and cover with greased plastic wrap.
  5. Let it rise in a warm place until it reaches two-thirds of the pan height (about 30 minutes). Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature of 205°F is reached.
  7. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
