  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of seasonings (such as paprika or garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes until fully melted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese with the almond flour until a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/6 inch thick.
  5. Cut into triangles using a pizza cutter or knife and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
