  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Form into meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat and sear meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. In the same pan, add tomato paste and pizza sauce; stir until combined.
