  • Almond flour
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Swerve Sweetener
  • Cream cheese
  • Eggs

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF and grease a 9×13 baking pan. Sprinkle the bottom with shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, Swerve Sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Stir in eggs, melted butter (6 tbsp), cold coffee or water, and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread this mixture over the prepared base.
