  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/8 cup green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and evenly spread the combined mozzarella and cheddar cheese into a circular shape.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes until bubbly; drain excess oil.
  4. Add cooked chicken, bell pepper, tomato, and green onion to half of the baked cheese shell.
  5. Fold the cheese shell over the filling and press firmly.
  6. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
