  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken (meat removed)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh garlic
  • Baby spinach
  • Hot sauce
  • Dry mustard
  • White pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Diced red onion
  • Sliced baby bella mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Set aside and reserve some fat.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, cheddar, mayonnaise, heavy cream, hot sauce, and spices over medium heat until creamy.
  4. Stir in crumbled bacon and diced vegetables sautéed in the reserved fat.
  5. Mix the chicken into the creamy mixture and pour everything into a casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes; broil for an additional 1–2 minutes to brown the top.
