  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup turkey bacon crumbles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onion (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until mostly melted.
  3. Stir in Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses (reserve some cheddar for topping) until smooth.
  4. Whisk in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth; set aside.
  5. In a large bowl or baking dish, mix shredded chicken and cauliflower rice until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture; stir gently to coat evenly.
  7. Top with turkey bacon crumbles and remaining Cheddar cheese.
