  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, sauté crushed garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Add greens and cook until wilted. Season to taste and set aside.
