  • 8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 balls, then press each ball onto a tortilla to cover it completely.
  4. Place the tortilla meat side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes while smashing down with a spatula.
  5. Flip the burgers, add cheese on top, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl to create the sauce.
  7. Assemble your burgers by spreading sauce on each smash burger and topping with lettuce and pickle slices.
