- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 8 slices American Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
- 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 balls, then press each ball onto a tortilla to cover it completely.
- Place the tortilla meat side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes while smashing down with a spatula.
