  • 1/4 lb diced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb diced genoa turkey slices
  • 1/4 lb diced chicken breast
  • 810 diced slices provolone cheese
  • 3/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup minced pickled banana peppers
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 1/24 cups finely chopped Iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey pepperoni, genoa turkey slices, chicken breast, provolone cheese, red onion, and pickled banana peppers. Stir gently until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and optional pickled pepper juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the meat and cheese mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the finely chopped Iceberg lettuce for added crunch.
