  • 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8.5 oz Barilla Ready Pasta Rotini
  • 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a resealable bag, combine garlic pepper, parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, add to the bag, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with nonstick spray. Cook marinated chicken until no longer pink (about 6-7 minutes total).
  4. Microwave the Ready Pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  5. Mix tomato sauce with additional garlic pepper and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
  6. Add cooked pasta and sauce mixture to the skillet with chicken; stir well and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
