Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened natural yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold this mixture into the melted cheese dough until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into balls and flatten them into ovals about ¼ inch thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake on the top rack for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush this mixture onto the baked naan and return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
