  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter melts.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Incorporate sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; sauté for 2 more minutes until fragrant.
