  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with rice, condensed soup, and sour cream until well mixed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
