  • 150g raclette cheese
  • 8 slices Turkey Turkey Bacon
  • 30g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Grill the Turkey Turkey Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice the tomato, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
  4. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place a slice of raclette cheese on each piece.
  5. On two slices, layer cooked Turkey Turkey Bacon, followed by tomato slices, onion rings, and minced garlic.
  6. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up, creating a sandwich.
  7. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
