  • 1 pound corned beef, diced
  • 8 oz sauerkraut, drained
  • 12 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly using a mesh strainer.
  3. Grease your casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Layer half of the corned beef at the bottom of the dish, followed by sauerkraut and diced pickles.
