  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the sliced scallions, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish. Top each breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and diced turkey bacon on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with remaining scallions before serving.
