  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions for about 3 minutes; add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Return chicken to the pot; pour in chicken broth, then add heavy cream and milk. Mix well.

  5. Add grated Parmesan and mozzarella; stir until melted.
