  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella cheese on HIGH for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour to the melted cheese; mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray; form dough into 11 or 12 balls and place in the skillet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
