  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave on HIGH for about 1 minute until melted; stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour until well combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Divide dough into 11–12 balls and place them in the skillet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
