  • ¾ cup chopped Oreo cookies
  • 1.5 quarts Cookies and Cream ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups whipped cream or store-bought whipped topping
  • Additional chopped Oreo cookies, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; mix alternately with milk into the butter mixture. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  4. Distribute batter evenly in prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  5. Assemble by layering one cake with softened cookies and cream ice cream, then top with the second cake layer.
  6. Frost the entire cake with whipped cream and garnish with additional Oreo pieces.
