  • 2 tbsp milk or cream

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the flour on a baking sheet for 3–5 minutes or microwave for 1 minute (stirring every 15 seconds). Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and salt using a stand mixer or hand mixer until fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed until incorporated. Then increase to medium speed and blend until smooth.
  4. Incorporate cooled flour into the mixture at low speed, then mix at medium speed until fully blended.
  5. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix on medium-low until combined and fluffy.
  6. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips with a spatula until evenly distributed.
