  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 7 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, chicken broth, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper. In another jar, mix two tablespoons of broth with tapioca flour to create a slurry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on each side; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Lower heat and add the stir fry sauce followed by the slurry mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet; stir gently until combined. Serve hot.
