  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in crab meat and frozen vegetables gently.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add seafood stock and heavy cream while stirring continuously until thickened.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  7. Pour seafood filling into a greased baking dish.
