  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the Butterscotch Layer: In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until melted. Bring to a boil for five minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in butterscotch chips, vegan marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread into a parchment-lined pan and freeze.
  2. For the White Chocolate Layer: Combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream in another saucepan over medium heat until melted. Boil for five minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips, vegan marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Pour over the set butterscotch layer and refrigerate until firm (2-3 hours).
