  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk (or plant-based milk + lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan alternative)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in the buttermilk until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and arrange on prepared baking sheets with space between each piece.
