  • ⅓ cup chopped white onion
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeño
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¾ cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 6 large tortillas (burrito size)
  • 6 tostadas
  • 6 fajita size tortillas (to close the wrap)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onions for about 3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, tomatoes, black beans, jalapeños, and hot sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Assemble wraps by layering the mixture on a large tortilla with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, avocado (optional), and a tostada on top. Fold tightly.
  4. Cook seam-side down in a greased pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
