  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix until blended.
  3. Melt the butter with half of the keto chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat until glossy.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy using an electric mixer.
  5. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs while mixing continuously.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until you have a thick batter. Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  8. Allow brownies to cool for about 20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
