  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; mix until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with half of the keto chocolate chips until glossy. Whisk together.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until frothy using an electric mixer.
  5. Slowly mix the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs until blended.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until you have a thick batter; gently fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
