  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper (if using), paprika, and garlic powder. Toss in the zucchini slices until evenly coated.
