  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with olive oil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange them skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Crumble Boursin cheese over each fillet generously.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily; broil for an extra 1–2 minutes if desired.
