  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Sheets (thawed)
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted. Cool slightly before mixing with ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut into squares (4–6 per sheet).
  4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling in each square's center. Fold into triangles or rectangles and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
